ACCIDENT AT SALMON HALL.
On Monday evening as
Mr. DALZELL's butcher was attempting to house a fat cow for slaughter a
few boys collected together. One of them named Colin HAYTON, about
seven years of age, ventured too near the animal and was knocked down,
one of his legs was fractured and the ankle dislocated.
He was borne to his home at Nether-row. Dr.
ORMROD was sent for and reduced the fracture and replaced the
dislocated ankle. The boy is getting on well as can be expected.
