DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

Commercial Buildings, Workington, 18th April, 1899.

Dear Sir (or Madam)- We beg to give you notice that the Partnership
heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned. Mordaunt LAWSON and Richard TILTMAN,
carrying on Business together at Commercial Buildings, Workington, as Iron
Merchants, under the style or firm of "LAWSON & TILTMAN," has this day been
dissolved by mutual consent.
