With the recent spell of favorable weather these  tournaments have been largely patronized.

On Tuesday evening Mrs. HARKNESS and Mr. E. SEWELL  beat Mrs. STRAUGHTON and Miss. HOLLIS, in the final, 6 - 3, 5 - 6, 6 -  2.

Mrs. Tom McDONALD, distributed the  prizes.

On Saturday Mrs. STRAUGHTON and Mr. J. MATTINSON defeated Miss. S. GRAHAM and Mr. J. KENDALL, 3 - 6, 6 - 4, 6 - 3 in the  final.

The awards were presented by Miss. Dorothy  SHAW.
