SALE OF PROPERTY.

Several valuable lots of property was offered for sale on Wednesday evening last, at Mr. J. YEOWART's auction mart, Washington Street, by Mr. John JENKINSON, auctioneer. The different lots were as follows:

Dwelling house and yard in Nook-street, dwelling house in Guard-street, a blacksmith's shop in Guard-street and a parcel of ground, now used as a monumental sculptor's yard, adjoining the Blacksmith's shop. The property is all freehold. There was a remarkably good attendance at the sale. The bidding throughout was very spirited, and ultimately closed with a bid of £328 for the whole of the lots by Mr. J. ROGERS, who, it is understood, was acting for Mr. Jonathan BLAND.
