SWARTHMOOR HALL and BANK END. TO be LET, by Private Contract, for a Term of Years, All that capital Freehold and Tithes-free Messuage, Tenement, and Farm, -- called SWARTHMOOR HALL, situate within a Mile of the Market Town of Ulverston, Lancashire, consisting of a Dwelling House, suitable Outhouses, and 100 Acres, or thereabouts, of Arable, Meadow, and Pasture Land, exclusive of the Wood Land, which is intended to be reserved. Also, all that Messuage, or Dwelling House, pleasantly situate at BANK END, about a Mile from Broughton in Furness, in the said County; with the Outhouses, Orchards, and Gardens, and TWO FIELDS adjoining or near to the said Dwelling House, containing, together, by Estimation, Seven Acres, or thereabouts; now, or late in the Possession of Mr. JOHN ATKINSON, as Farmer thereof. The Taker of Swarthmoor Hall may have immediate Possession, and the Taker of Bank End, may enter into Possession at the usual Times next Spring. Any Person, desirous of treating for the Premises, may apply to Mr. JOHN DICKINSON, Solicitor, Ulverston, who will appoint a Person to shew the same. Ulverston, 17 Feb. 1812.
