Sale of Dwelling Houses, &c.

TO be SOLD, by Public Auction, at the house of Mrs. NORMAN, Innholder in
Keswick, in the County of Cumberland, on FRIDAY the 13th of March, 1812,

All those Two newly erected Messuages, or Dwelling Houses, with the Garden,
Orchard, Workshops, Warehouses, and Buildings thereunto belonging, eligibly
situate in KESWICK aforesaid; and in the Possession of Mr. JOHN LADYMAN,
Woollen Manufacturer, and of Mrs. ANN LADYMAN, Widow. -- Also a small
DWELLING HOUSE, adjoining to the above-mentioned Premises, in the Possession
of Joseph MARTIN.

Also that neat Messuage, or Dwelling House, with the Appurtenances, situate
in Keswick aforesaid, in the Possession of Mrs. THORNTON, Widow.

Also one undivided Fourth Part, or Share, of and in the New CARDING MILL,
Machinery, and Implements, Dwelling Houses, and Buildings thereunto
belonging, with the Appurtenances, situate at Mill Beck, near Keswick
aforesaid, in the Possession of Messrs. DOVER, YOUNGHUSBAND, and Co.

And also one undivided Sixth Part, or Share, of and in all the FULLING MILL,
Machinery, Implements, and Premises thereunto belonging, with the
Appurtenances, situate at Mill Beck aforesaid, in the Possession of Messrs.
DOVER, YOUNGHUSBAND, GRAVE, and Co.

BANKS, of Keswick, Tanner; Mr. HARDISTY, of Myrtle Grove, near Keswick; or
Mr. RUDD, Attorney at Law, Cockermouth. (8)

LADYMAN's Assignment.

WHEREAS JOHN LADYMAN, of Keswick, in the County of Cumberland, Woollen
Manufacturer, hath, by Indentures Bearing Date the 18th and 19th of
February, 1812, conveyed and assigned all his Real and Personal Estate and
Effects unto JOHN BANKS, of Keswick aforesaid, Tanner, DANIEL DOVER, of Mill
Beck, near Keswick aforesaid, Woollen Manufacturer, and JONAS BLAKEY
HARDISTY, of Myrtle Grove, near Keswick aforesaid, Manufacturer, in Trust
for the equal Benefit of such of his Creditors as shall on or before the 5th
Day of April next, execute to him a sufficient Letter of Licence,

Notice is hereby Given,

That the said Indentures and Letters of Licence are lodged at the Office of
Mr. RUDD, Attorney at Law, in Cockermouth, for the Inspection and Execution
of such of the Creditors as may be desirous of taking the Benefit thereof.

And all Persons, who stand indebted to the said John LADYMAN, are requested
forthwith to pay their respective Debts to the said Assignees, otherwise
Actions will be commenced to compel Payment thereof. [8]
