George Inn, in Wigton,

All that Desirable FREEHOLD ESTATE, called QUARRY HILL, in the Parish of
Bolton, in the County of Cumberland, (late the Property of JOHN DAND, Esq.,
deceased), situate about five miles from Wigton, and eleven miles from
Cockermouth, consisting of a MANSION HOUSE, THREE COTTAGES, and
about 104 Acres, statute measure, of excellent LAND.

The Mansion House is a modern Building, adapted for, and capable of
accommodating a Large Family, and was built by the late Henry MARSHALL,
Esq., for his residence. It commands an extensive prospect of the Cumberland
and Scotch Mountains, the Solway Firth, and the surrounding Country, and is
