COLONEL AND MRS LINDSAY,
OF THE SALVATION ARMY,
AT WORKINGTON.
__________
Special revival services have been held in the Public Hall, Workington. There was a specially good number present at night. It was very helpful indeed to listen to the Colonel's thoughtful discourses both morning and afternoon. At night he seemed to get "warmed up" to the occasion, and the truths were apparently received by all present. Mrs LINDSAY also was very earnest as she prayed and addressed the meetings. The Colonel and Mrs LINDSAY were ably assisted by Captain and Mrs Winter, of Workington ; Captain DOCKERTY, of Cleator Moor ; and the local corps brass band. The revival services are being continued to the end of the month in the Barracks. They are conducted by Captain and Mrs Winter.
