For several weeks past there has been an evening service, and so zealous have the frequenters of the church been in their attendance, that they have contributed the means for lighting the venerable edifice.

Beautiful brass branches have been purchased from Birmingham, and the church was splendidly lighted up on Sunday last. The large and numerous congregations who attend divine service in the evenings prove decidedly that the change is approved of, and considered a public advantage.
