Mr. TWENTYMAN gave notice that at next meeting he would propose that the
Board should borrow the money necessary for street improvements.
A recommendation of the Works Committee to have lamps put up at Market-Hill
and Union Street was adopted.
Mr. BENNETT, the resident engineer, submitted a report, which stated that
during the past month the sewerage works have made satisfactory progress.
