A few days ago, a gentleman in London sold, for the sum of £75,000, a piece of land, on the Seacombe side of Wallasey Pool, which be bought two years ago, for £8,000. The land was a good and extensive frontage to the Pool and when the grand plan of coverting the Pool into a dock is completed, it will be one of the most valuable estates on its banks.
