LEGAL NOTICES
PURSUANT to an Order of the County Court of Cumberland, holden at Cockermouth, made in a cause ARMSTRONG against CLARK and others, the persons claiming to be next of Kin, according to the statutes for the distribution of Intestates' estates, of ANN ARMSTRONG, late of Maryport, in the County of Cumberland, Spinster, deceased, living at the time of her death on the 19th day of June, 1882, or to be the legal personal representatives of such of the said next of kin as are now dead, are, by their Solicitors, on or before the 11th day of October 1882, to come in and prove their claims at the Office of The Registrar at Cockermouth, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Order.
MONDAY, the 16th day of October, 1882, at Half-past Three o'clock in the Afternoon, at the Court-house in Cockermouth, is appointed for adjudicating upon the Claims.

PURSUANT to an Order of the County Court of Cumberland, holden at Cockermouth, made in a cause ARMSTRONG against CLARK and others, the CREDITORS OF ANN ARMSTRONG, late of Maryport, in the County of Cumberland, Spinster, who died on or about the 19th day of June, 1882, are, on or before the 11th day of October, 1882, to sent to the Registrar of the said Court, at his office in Cockermouth, their Christian and surnames, addresses and descriptions, the full particulars of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Order.
Every Creditor holding any security is to produce or transmit the same to the Registrar aforesaid, on or before the 16th day of October, 1882.
MONDAY, the 16th day of October, 1882, at half-past Three o'clock in the Afternoon, at the Court-house, in Cockermouth, is appointed for adjudicating upon the Claims.
