The Ultra-Radicals of this place continue their drilling without interruption, and indeed in the most open and unreserved manner. On Sunday last they were viewed by several persons from Carlisle, exercising in the neighbourhood, and went through their evolutions, it is said, with a precision not to be exceeded by regular troops. - It is said, that their strength here consists of three divisions of 800 men each, most of whom have seen service either as regulars, militia, marines, or volunteers. - A strict lookout is kept at the castle, where some thousand stand of arms are deposited, and a great quantity of ammunition and military stores. - Carlisle Journal.
