MARRIAGE OF MR. JAS. KAY
AND MISS. DUNLOP, OF
WORKINGTON.

   The marriage of Mr. James KAY, stock and share broker, Workington, and Miss. Janet C. DUNLOP, late an assistant mistress at the Victoria and Westfield Schools, was solemnised by the Rev. C. POSTLETHWAITE at St. Michael's Parish Church, Workington, on Saturday morning. The ceremony took place early in the morning, and the proceedings in the church were of a quiet description.
  Miss. Nettie DUNLOP, sister of the bride was her bridesmaid, and wore a gold bangle, the present of the bridegroom; and Mr. Vernon J. TURVER, of Brigham, the bridegroom's nephew, acted as "bestman".
  The breakfast was at the bride's mother's residence, and the wedding cake had it's authoress in Miss. Nettie DUNLOP. The honeymoon is being spent in Blackpool.  Mr. And Mrs. KAY are taking up their residence at Brigham. Mr. KAY of course, continuing to carrying on his business in Workington.
  Amongst their beautiful presents received was one from Mr. DUNLOP's co-teachers at Westfield.
