I, FLORENCE MAUD WATSON, late of Steelfield Hall, Gosforth, in the County of
Cumberland (wife of William Henry WATSON, of the same place, Esquire, Justice
of the Peace), but now of Rylands, Grasmere, in the County of Westmorland,
living apart from my said husband, under and by virtue of a Deed of Separation
dated the 11th day of May, 1903, do HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that I have assumed and
intend henceforth upon all occasions and at all times to sign and use and be
called and known by the surname of PRIESTLY only, in lieu of and substitution
for my present surname of WATSON, and that such intended change of assumption of
name be formally declared and evidenced by a Deed Poll(?) under my hand and
seal-dated the 15th day of August, 1903, and enrolled in the Central Office of
the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 18th day of August, 1903.
