On Saturday at Holy Trinity Church, Mr. Thomas HEATHCOTE, youngest son of Mrs. HEATHCOTE, of Moss Bay, and the late Mr. HEATHCOTE, married Miss. Catherine ASKEW, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James ASKEW, North Side.
The bride who was given away by her father, was attended by her sister, Miss. Annie ASKEW, her cousin, Miss. Ethel ASKEW, and the bridegroom's sister, Miss. Hilda HEATHCOTE. The best man was Mr. John METHERILL, Siddick.
    The bride was dressed in blue celanese satin and a picture hat and carried a bouquet. All the bridesmaids also wore blue. After the ceremony, a reception was held in the Parochial Hall.
    Later Mr. and Mrs. HEATHCOTE left for Sheffield where the honeymoon is being spent. The guests spent a very happy evening dancing to music supplied by Wharton's Syncopators. The happy couple received many useful presents.
