The editor of the Cumberland Herald has stated in an article in that journal,
that the editor of the Cumberland Packet is the ugliest man in the three
kingdoms. The Packet says, that an action shall be brought for a libel against
the calumniator, and that it shall be proved in court that the assertion is
false.
