Draper, and calculated for carrying on an extensive business. The premises
are fitted up with Iron Safe, Fixtures, &c.

Also, a commodious DWELLING-HOUSE, adjoining the said shop.

Also, the COACH HOUSE and STABLING connected with the above
premises, and situate in the DROVER'S LANE, CARLISLE.

The above will be let either together or separately, and further particulars
may be obtained on application to Mrs. TWENTYMAN, Finkle Street, Carlisle,
the owner; or to Messrs. SAUL, Solicitors.

Killhow and Ellenbank Farms to be Let or Sold.

To be Let for a Term of Years, and entered upon at Candlemas next,

The Farms called KILLHOW and ELLENBANK, in the Parish of BOLTON, in the
County of Cumberland, consisting of a Farm House and suitable Out-Buildings,
and about 184 acres of excellent Land, nearly within a Ring Fence, situate
about six miles from the market town of Wigton, and ten from Keswick and
Cockermouth, and in the immediate vicinity of Coal and Lime.

Mr. THOMAS STUBBS, of Bolton Gate, or Mr. ROBERT MONCRIEF,
of Bolton Gate Head, will shew the Farms, and written Proposals will be
received at the office of Mr. STUDHOLME, Solicitor, in Wigton, until the
3rd day of September next, soon after which the Tenant will be declared,
if the Estates are not previously sold.
