The Queen Excise Revenue cutter, Capt. FALCONAR, has taken the Richard smack of
Mary Port, John, BROWN master, from Ostend, with 300 ankers of brandy and
geneva, 135 bales of tobacco, and a quantity of tea, and carried her into
Whitehaven, the 8th instant. This is the second smuggling vessel taken by this
cutter within these two months.
