To be Sold, in Public Auction, at the BLACK SWAN INN, Carlisle, on Thursday, the Twenty-seventh day of July instant, and either together or in Parcels.
All the Messuage and Tenement, or Estate, situate at, or called LOUGH, near to Brisco, in the Parish of Saint Cuthbert's Carlisle, in the County of Cumberland, comprising a Dwelling House and Farm Buildings, a Garden Orchard, and 93a 3r 29p of good Arable and Pasture Land, and now in the occupation of MR. WILLIAM McGEE and another, as tenants to MR. JOHN ROBINSON BACON, the Owner.
About 42 acres of the Estate are Customary, and held under the Manor of Botchagate, by payment of a small annual Rent, and a fourpenny fine on change of tenant only. The remainder is Freehold.
