 The monthly meeting was held on Tuesday, the president, Mrs. J.  H. TABBERER
presiding.

 A demonstration on “Wool rug making” was given by Lady NICHOLSON and  Mrs.
WAKEFIELD. They were thanked by the Chairman, seconded by Mrs. BENDELACK.

 Mrs. TABBERER, presenting Miss. RODELL, who had been secretary for  eight
years, with a hematite necklace, and the members wished to give her the  small
present with all their love. Miss. RODELL said she would always be ready  to do
anything she could to help them, and whenever she wore the necklace she  
would think of them. Mrs. WAKEFIELD called for three cheers for Miss.  RODELL.

 A vote of condolence with Mrs. GOODCHILD, a member on the death of  her
mother, Mrs. GORDON, was passed.

 The tea was in charge of Mesdames MOSSOP, WREN, TAYLOR and  CROOKS.
