SUPERIOR COUNTRY RESIDENCE FARM HOUSE,

Office and conditions of letting may be seen.   The tenant will be declared on TUESDAY, the 5th day of October next, if an adequate offer has been made before that date.  The lessors do not bind themselves to accept the highest of any offer.

THE CROWN AND MITRE HOTEL AND
COFFEE HOUSE, CARLISLE.

THIS old established and highly reputed HOTEL is to be LET for an unexpired term of nearly Six Years.   The FURNITURE, STOCK-IN-TRADE, FIXTURES, BILLIARD TABLES, OMNIBUS, &c., must be taken at a Valuation.  This has already been made, and it may form a basis for negociation.   A relative of the late Mr. F.W. HAYWARD is now in charge of the Hotel, from whom may be derived all information concerning the capabilities of the place, and by whom the Premises and Appurtenances will be shown.   Full particulars may be known on application to C.P. transfer can be made.   The business must be promptly closed.
