NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the THIRTY-NINTH HALF-YEARLY MEETING of the SHAREHOLDERS of the COCKERMOUTH, KESWICK, and PENRITH RAILWAY COMPANY will be held at the KESWICK HOTEL, KESWICK, on SATURDAY, the 28 th day of AUGUST,1880, at Eleven o'clock a.m. The Register of Transfers will be closed on the 16 th day of August, until after the Meeting.                                        JOHN JAMES SPEDDING , Chairman.                                        PETER THOMPSON , Secretary.
