MARRIAGES.

Yesterday, at Little Salkeld, near Penrith, MR. GEORGE BUCHHORN [ or BACKHAM], draper, of this town, to MISS ELIZABETH PARDGETT, daughter of the REV. MR. PARDGETT, of the former place.

The 28th ult. at the Friend's Meeting House, at Pardshaw Hall, near Cockermouth, MR. JOHN WALKER, eldest son of MR. JACOB WALKER, of Smeathwaite in Lamphugh, to MISS SARAH IREDALE, of Thackthwaite, in Loweswater, only daughter of MRS. MARY IREDALE, of that place, widow.

At Carlisle, MR. LOWRIE, TINSMITH AND BRAZIER, to MISS HEBEGAN, of Canobie, N.B.  -  MR. JOHN BECK, draper to MISS YOUNGHUSBAND, both of Carlisle.

At St. James's Church, London, the HON. E. LAW, M.P. eldest son of LORD ELLENBOROUGH, to LADY O. STEWART, youngest daughter of the EARL OF LONDERRY.

At Plymouth, SIR O. GORDON, Bart., of Embo, North Britain, to FRANCES, third daughter of MAJOR GENERAL BROWN, Lieutenant Governor of Plymouth.

At Glasgow, the REV. WILLIAM RAEBURN, Bannockburn, to MISS PATTERSON, daughter of the late MR. PATTERSON, merchant, Glasgow.

Lately at Prestbury, near Macclesfield, MR. WILLIAM HARTLEY,printer, to MISS NANCY WARDLE, both of Macclesfield.

At Dumfries, ROBERT TAYLOR, Esq. of Jamaica, to JANE, youngest daughter of the late REV. DR. BURNSIDE, of Dumfries.

The 25th ult. MR. JOHN LATTON, to MISS ISABELLA MOUNSEY;

and

MR. THOMAS WALKER, carrier, to MISS JANE MOUNSEY, younger sister of the above;  all of Shap.

At Durham, LIEUT. JOHN BUNGAY, of the West Kent Militia, to SARAH GRACE, eldest daughter of MR. JOHN FRIEND, of the Cathedral, Durham.
