While waiting for the train at St. Bees station on Saturday morning, Mr. J. TAYLOR, of St. Bees, was seen to fall on the platform. He was carried to the waiting room, and blood was seen to be flowing from his mouth, nose and ears. Dr. MATTHEWS, of Whitehaven, happened to be on the station at the time, and he pronounced it to be slight sunstroke. After a short time Mr. TAYLOR was restored to consciousness, and we are pleased to state that he is now progressing favourably. |
