The third old bird race of this Society was flown on Saturday  from
Warrington, a distance of 97 miles. Nine members sent 70 birds, which were  liberated
by McCLARE. Result:

4th PATTINSON, 1,035

HOMING SOCIETY

    The above held their fifth old bird race  on Saturday from Crewe. Eight
members sent 28 birds, which were liberated by Mr.  LIGHTFOOT. Result:
