To be Sold, in Public Auction, on Tuesday the 12th Day of May, Instant, at the Brewery late of Joseph WILKINSON, in Cockermouth, under His Majesty's Writ of Venditoni Exponas, issued out of the Court of Exchequer in Persuance of a Writ of Extent against the said Joseph WILKINSON, and the inquisition taken thereupon. All the large and Valluable Stock in Trade, Utensils, Materials and Vessels of and belonging to the said Brewery, which for many years past has been carried on upon a large scale as a Common Brewery. Consisting amongst other articles, of One Copper Boiler, nearly new, which will contain 2500 Gallons, or thereabouts; Rounds, Stillages, Tubs, Underback, Winnowing Machine. A large leaden pipe, 30cvt or thereabouts, Leaden Pumps and Pipes; a large quantity of Ale. Seven Stout Cart Horses, six good carts and Wheels, and various other articles. The whole will be sold for Ready Money and the sale will begin at eleven o'clock. Particulars may be had, in the mean Time by Application at the Undersheriff's Office in Cockermouth.
