Hawkshead Hall.

       To be Let, by Private Contract, for the unexpired Term of Ten Years,

       All that capital and highly improved Farm, situated near Hawkshead,
known by the name of Hawkshead Hall; upon which are extensive and convenient
buildings; comprising Dwelling Houses and Accommodations for Cattle. The
whole
tithe-free, and consisting of Five Hundred and Twenty Acres of which are
Excellent Meadow Ground, One Hundred Acres Arable, in the Highest State of
Cultivation, and the remainder Good Pasture.

       A very Large Sum of Money has lately been expended upon this Farm, by
Benjamin BODDINGTONEsq., is leaving that Part of the Country; in consequence
the immediate Possession may be had, if required. - The premises will be

Paper Miln For Sale.

To be Sold, in the King's Arms Inn, Dumfries, upon Wednesday, the 6th Day of
May, 1812, at twelve o'clock noon, if not previously sold by private
Bargain,

       The Paper Miln at Dalbeatty, with two Vats and Whole Machinery, at
present in excellent going Order, Also the Dwelling House, Garden, Stable,
Cowhouse, and Shades, with half an Acre of land adjoining; all in complete
repair. -
Entry at Whitsunday first.

       The situation of the Premises is well calculated for the Businels,
being within a half a mile of the Harbour of Dubb and Hass, and about twelve
miles from the Town of Dumfries, so that Materials can be easily obtained,
and
Goods at Moderate expense be conveyed. The House is fitted for the
accommodation
of a genteel Family; the Garden is neatly laid out and well stocked with
fruit
trees of the best Kinds. And the whole are situated in the most healthy and
Delightful part of the Country, and the Miln has an ample supply of water at
all Times.
