Whereas David WILLIAMSON of Whitehaven, in the County of Cumberland, Merchant, did by indenture of assignment bearing date of the Twenty fifth Day of April past, assign and transfer unto Thomas MANLEY and James JOHNSTON, both of Whitehaven, aforesaid, Merchants, all his stock in trade, and Household Furniture, Debts, and all other, his Goods, Chattels and Persdonal Estate whatsoever, in Trust for the equal benefit of such, of his Creditors as should execute the same. Now therefore Notice is Hereby Given, That the said indenture of Assignment is ledged at the office of Messrs, JOHNSTON and MANLEY, in Whitehaven aforesaid, for the Signatures of the Creditors of the said David WILLIAMSON; and that such of his Creditors as do not come in under the same, on or before the Twenty Fifth Day of October next, will be excluded the Benefit thereof. All persons in anywise indebted to the Estate of the said David WILLIAMSON, are desired forewith to pay their respective debts to the said Thomas MANLEY and James JOHNSTON or at the office of Messrs. ADAMSON and PERRY, Solicitors, in Whitehaven aforesaid. May, 1812. |
