Houses in Egremont

To be sold, at the house of W. COLLIN, Inkeeper, Egremont, on Tuesday, the
12th day of May, 1812, at six o'clock in the evening,

All that Burgage Messuage, or Dwelling House, with the Back Buildings and
Appurtenances thereto, situate on the West side of the street in the Town of
Egremont; containing in front four yards and 1 foot, and thence backwards 22
yards, 2 feet, in the possession of William RENNEY, owner.

Also all that Dwelling House and Garden behind the same, in the Town of
Egremont, aforesaid, in the possession of William BANKS.

A deposit of 10l. per cent. to be paid, and the remainder at the expiration
of 3 and 6 months, by two equal payments.

at Egremont, or Mr. HODGSON, solicitor, in Whitehaven.
