Petitions of insolvent debtors, to be heard at the Court House,
Carlisle, in the county of Cumberland, on the 2nd day of July, 1844, at Ten
o'clock
in the morning precisely: -


William WRIGHT, late of Maryport, in the County of Cumberland, Cartwright
and
Joiner, previously of the same place, Innkeeper, Cartwright and Joiner.


Robert LATIMER, (sued with Frances NAPIER) late of Slealands, in the Parish
of  Arthuret, in the County of Cumberland, Farmer, previously of Hornick
Hill,
in the said parish, Farmer.


John KNIPE, late of Maryport, in the County of Cumberland, Tea and Coffee
Dealer, previously of the same place, and also of Annan, in the County of
Dumfries, North of Britain; out of business; formerly of Wigton, In the
County of
Cumberland, Ironmonger.


James LITTLE, (sued with Christopher LITTLE) late of Low Crosby, in the
Parish of Crosby-on-Eden, near the city of Carlisle, in the County of
Cumberland,
Innkeeper; also carrying on business as a Sheep and Cattle Dealer
occasionally,
in partnership with William TODD, of Stainton, near Barbard Castle, in the
County of Durham; previously of Highfield Moor, in the said Parish of
Crosby-on-Eden, and County of Cumberland, Sheep and Cattle Dealer.


Sarah TINNION, late of Craca, near Maryport, in the County of Cumberland,
Widow, out of Business, previously of Ellenborough, near Maryport aforesaid,
Farmer.


Francis GRAHAM, late of linstock, in the Parish of Stanwix, in the County of
Cumberland, Blacksmith and Farrier, previously of  High Crosby, in the
Parish
of Crosby-on-Eden, in the said County, Journeyman, Blacksmith and Farrier.
