Hugh ELLIOTT, vicar of Castle Sowerby, and late incumbent of Highhead Chapel, in his 45th year. ****** At Carlisle, on the 25th ultimo, Mr. Robert PORTER, late iron merchant, aged 65 years. ****** At the English Damside, on the 20th ultimo, Mr. Harker GILL, aged 36 years. ****** At Drover's Lane, on the 28th ultimo, Mrs. Jane Mc.MILLIN, aged 43 years. ****** At St. Mary's Workhouse, on the 29th ultimo, Mr. George M'PHEARSON, aged 53 years. ****** In Scotch Street, on the 28th ultimo, Mr. Joseph NICHOLL, aged 35 years. ****** At Greenrow, on the 22nd ultimo, Tabitha SAUL, aged 85 years. ****** At Lynn Moor, on the 25th Ultimo, Mrs. Jane TINNING, widow of the late Francis TINNING, farmer, aged 59 years. ****** At Newton Rockliff, on the 26th ultimo, Mr. Richard HOLMS, farmer aged 86 years, much respected. ****** At Newlands Row, in the parish of Bolton, on Wednesday last, Mr. Jacob HEWITSON, much respected. ****** At Syke, in the parish of Wigton, Mr. Wilfrid ROBINSON, yeoman, formerly Carrier between Carlisle and Whitehaven, aged 30 years. ****** At Hightown, Haltwhistle, on the 23rd ultimo, after a tedious and painful illness, Sophia, wife of Mr. John SMITH, aged 58 years. ****** At Corkickle, near Whitehaven, on Sunday last, after a long and tedious illness, Ann, daughter of the late Mr. Edmund SEDGWICK, pattern maker, in the employ of the Earl of LONSDALE, aged 21 years. ****** At Whitehaven, Ann, the daughter of Mrs. Ruth SEDGWICK, widow, aged 21 years.
